Back2Base-ix Paint Rack’s came in I set to putting them together, I again choose the perspex versions of their racks as they look a lot better.
While I get to putting I was thinking about the organisation of my desk, I really need a clear space to work on and with the new racks I finally have nearly enough space for all my paint. Well at least the paints that I keep on my desk. There is also a lot of airbrush paints out by the airbrush.
The racks come shrink wrapped with everything you need to put them together.
Once you open the wrapping, the biggest task is taking all the plastic or paper off the perspex. That was by far the most time consuming part of putting them together.
Once you get all the parts ready for assemble it is very fast the clever use of how the bolts hold the parts together means it comes together and solid from time you get the bolts tightened.
I purchased the small rack for P3 size paints, and also one for Mig Ammo sized paints as well. The last I got was a wall climber. The wall climber is handy as it has a very small foot print and really with limited space that is prefect, I now have two wall climbers for all the extra dropper bottles I have.
Over all these are a fantastic product and as you can see from my background there, I use a lot of them, I like to try to keep my desk somewhat tiddy however that only ever lasts so long. but for now this is what I need until I get more paint, or brushes, or both. If you need something to help keep the clutter at bay, there are many of these products, but being an Aussie made product makes it even better, and we get to support those who support us.
