The French Corner Shop is by a company out of Perth, in Western Australia. Called JTC Laser-cutting and Design. It is a quite an attractive building, and being an Aussie startup I should support them.
It is a good looking building. and will look great with some furniture inside of it as well.
I got hold of a Warlord Games, Soviet SU-76, this is pretty handy for the Soviet force for Bolt Action I am building for an upcoming tournament, as a filler army.
I recently got hold of the 4 Ground Damaged Detached building 1, I really like the pre-painted pieces of terrain, I am not sure why, as I hate pre-painted miniatures, but the terrain works for me. That doesn’t mean I wont repaint it at all.
Firstly a big thanks to Tyler for the series on Muskets and Tomahawks, it was a big help as I went through surgery and gives all of us a chance to read well constructed articles that don’t ramble on like mine tend too, about one of the most colourful and fun periods to game in. I do wounder if Tyler would like to do a series on Bolt Action at some point, as Tyler dips his toe in to 28mm WW2. I am back now and we are off to a running start, while recovering I had a chance to catch up on some new and old projects. So here is the first.
Rubicon Models released their Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer, well I had to have one, not only because it is a cool model, but because I really wanted to do a force for Bolt Action with Hetzers in it.
As soon as I got my hands on one I had to review the kit, and here are, my Rubicon Models Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer Review.
My Bolt Action Army played well in the VBAL last weekend, it however could of been better, I did sink a lot of points in to two anti-tank guns that could have been better used. The season 3 dot net changes also meant that some weapons are not as effective as they once were.
